Station Construction Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

Oilserv Limited is seeking an experienced Station Construction Manager to lead the execution of multiple station projects along a pipeline route in Abuja. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage the complete life‑cycle of station construction on the pipeline route.
• Interface with sub‑contractors, owners, and PMC to maintain smooth progress.
• Ensure zero HSE incidents throughout execution.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate staffing, reporting, and interface management across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Maintain client relations to secure prompt payments and future work.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Business Management preferred.
• At least 20 years of experience in EPC projects within a reputable organization.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale construction teams and manage complex contracts.
