About the role

Oilserv Limited is seeking an experienced Station Construction Manager to lead the execution of multiple station projects along a pipeline route in Abuja. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Drive and manage the complete life‑cycle of station construction on the pipeline route.
Interface with sub‑contractors, owners, and PMC to maintain smooth progress.
Ensure zero HSE incidents throughout execution.
Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate staffing, reporting, and interface management across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Maintain client relations to secure prompt payments and future work.

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Business Management preferred.
At least 20 years of experience in EPC projects within a reputable organization.
Proven ability to lead large‑scale construction teams and manage complex contracts.
