Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead all onsite construction activities for Alaro City, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role acts as the primary field representative, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all onsite construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, productivity, workmanship, and compliance.
• Implement and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and conduct regular safety walk‑throughs, toolbox talks, and inspections.
• Verify construction quality, enforce QA/QC standards, and manage inspection procedures.
• Lead progress meetings, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising onsite construction activities in large‑scale projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage subcontractor relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of HSE regulations and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
