WordPress Community & Digital Outreach Officer

About the role

The role focuses on identifying and engaging bloggers, WordPress site owners, publishers and digital agencies to generate new customers for Ciniter’s platform. It blends deep WordPress knowledge with community outreach and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted lists of bloggers, WordPress website owners, publishers and relevant digital agencies.
• Engage prospects through WordPress communities, blogging networks, professional groups, email and other channels.
• Demonstrate Ciniter, explain its relevance and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate prospect and conversion records and track outreach activity, acquisition and revenue.
• Develop referral relationships within WordPress and blogging communities.

Required profile

• Practical WordPress experience – managing, publishing or supporting a site.
• Strong knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, bloggers, publishers and typical website workflows.
• Familiarity with where and how to engage WordPress users online.
• Excellent communication and independent prospecting abilities.
• Commercial drive to turn conversations into measurable revenue.
