Sales Manager – Commercial Performance & Quality Assurance

About the role

A reputable skincare and haircare brand is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure high standards of customer engagement. The role involves overseeing sales performance, coaching representatives and managing digital sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Sales Representatives to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, recover missed opportunities and improve retention.
• Oversee communication on WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels to ensure prompt, professional responses.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
• Ensure accurate sales records, customer allocation and attribution for transparency.
• Identify performance gaps, address process issues and recommend improvements.
• Monitor customer complaints and collaborate with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, track actions and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management or supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve measurable targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Experience with digital sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram) is an advantage.
• Excellent reporting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High sense of accountability, initiative and performance management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
