Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work part‑time in a hybrid setting, promoting AgriVeris’ digital platform to buyers, cooperatives and logistics partners across Lagos. The role focuses on outreach, onboarding, and supporting platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, cooperatives and logistics partners.
• Present the AgriVeris platform, conduct demos and support onboarding.
• Manage leads, schedule and attend client meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide basic training on platform features and collect user feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare simple sales reports, track performance against targets and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience or interest in agribusiness, B2B sales or technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time hybrid setting and travel within Lagos as needed.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, online communication platforms and basic office software.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field preferred, though equivalent experience is acceptable.
