About the role
Join Deepcoin’s remote growth team to drive user expansion across global markets. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑driven growth initiatives that increase user acquisition, activation, retention and repeat purchases.
Key responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies based on market trends, user behavior and competitor analysis, covering acquisition, activation, retention and repurchase.
- Plan and execute online and offline growth activities such as user acquisition campaigns, community operations and content marketing to boost engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance with data analysis tools, making data‑driven decisions to continuously optimise strategies and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams to coordinate resources, drive growth projects and achieve operational goals.
