Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

TalentForge Solutions is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead brand growth, visibility and engagement across digital platforms. The role covers integrated marketing strategies, social media management, e-commerce support, partnerships and content creation, and is based on site in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Create and run social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms, with monthly content calendars and video, story and email assets
• Turn artwork, products, founder stories and community impact into engaging content and grow an active online community
• Communicate the brand's mission of uplifting humanity through art and clothing, and run storytelling campaigns
• Run marketing campaigns to increase art print and apparel sales, website traffic and customer retention, and manage direct-to-consumer sales and marketplace channels such as Etsy
• Develop partnerships with influencers, artists, nonprofits, community organisations and complementary brands, and support sponsorships and events
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, conversions and sales, and prepare monthly performance reports
• Coordinate campaigns, creative assets and deliverables with influencers, content creators, designers, photographers and contractors

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications or brand strategy within the art and fashion industry
• Demonstrated experience growing audiences organically on social media
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and online sales strategies
• Strong written communication, organisation and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement and digital marketing trends

What we offer

• Monthly salary of N300,000 to N400,000
