Field Marketer – Dental Clinic

About the role

TalentForge Solutions is recruiting an experienced, proactive and target-driven Field Marketer for a dental clinic based around Gbagada and the LASUTH area in Lagos. The role is full-time and on-site, promoting the clinic's dental services through field visits, community outreach, referrals and relationship building, and turning prospects into clinic visits.

Key responsibilities

• Promote dental services to prospective patients, clients and corporate organisations in the Gbagada and LASUTH areas.
• Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, community outreach and referral networks.
• Distribute marketing materials and raise awareness of the clinic's services.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare staff, corporate clients and referral partners.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects and encourage clinic visits.
• Aim for daily and monthly targets for client acquisition and clinic visits.
• Maintain records of field activities, leads, follow-ups and results, and submit daily and weekly reports.
• Represent the clinic professionally with prospective patients and partners.

Required profile

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Field Marketer.
• Compulsory previous work experience in a dental clinic or eye clinic.
• Familiarity with the Gbagada and LASUTH areas is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in engaging prospective clients and building professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven and able to work in the field with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational skills and accurate record keeping.
