About the role
Deepcoin is looking for a Social Media Operations specialist to lead its community initiatives. This fully remote role offers a competitive monthly salary of $3,000‑$5,000 and is open to candidates without prior experience. The successful candidate will be passionate about engaging users, monitoring community sentiment, and protecting the brand’s reputation across various online platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day community operations, leveraging experience in community management to foster active discussions and user participation.
- Identify and engage high‑value members, planning and executing user acquisition campaigns that drive growth and retention.
- Participate actively in multiple communities, offering insights into user needs and devising strategies to sustain engagement.
- Monitor sentiment and trending topics, promptly reporting issues and implementing solutions to resolve community concerns.
- Enhance personal and company brand influence by contributing to external forums, addressing negative feedback, and maintaining strong user relationships.
