About the role

Deepcoin is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead its community across the Web3 and crypto space. This fully remote position focuses on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community according to phase‑specific goals, driving user acquisition and retention.
• Enhance community engagement by planning and executing activity topics that meet business demand indicators.
• Identify user needs and run targeted online marketing campaigns, overseeing interaction, execution, and performance tracking.
• Interact with community members, nurture key users, and develop conversion plans for high‑value participants.
• Record and analyze daily operational data to refine community structure and optimize methods.
• Maintain close communication with users, gather feedback, and relay insights to relevant departments for timely improvements.
