Social Media Executive

About the role

Axiom Learning Solutions Limited is looking for a Social Media Executive to act as a strategic partner in building its digital footprint and corporate identity. The role creates compelling content, manages the community online and runs targeted social media initiatives that support business development and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Business Development to design and run social media strategies aligned with the company's aims.
• Create content plans and produce, curate and schedule multimedia assets such as graphics, video and written copy.
• Manage official social channels so they stay consistent with brand guidelines.
• Engage with followers, answer questions and build online communities.
• Track trends and use analytics tools to monitor and report on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Communications, Marketing, Business Development and Project teams on campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and promote training programmes, services, events and initiatives.
• Help organise virtual webinars, covering pre-event marketing, live engagement and follow-up.
• Research ways to improve the digital presence and archive social media activity and results.
