Brand Manager: Hero

About the role

The Brand Manager: Hero provides leadership to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and plans, delivering brand KPIs such as brand equity and share, as well as digital and events KPIs, earned media, influencer ROI, the digital excellence dashboard and events ROI. The role involves business travel to the South East of Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Directly lead all brand-led events
• Co-create brand plans for all year-round campaigns
• Lead the development of creatives throughout the year for digital across all campaigns and always-on content
• Analyse data to generate insights and articulate opportunities for the brand
• Lead and manage influencers and celebrities throughout the year to deliver earned media
• Ensure radio assets are maximised, develop content for radio sponsorship and manage always-on radio assets
• Establish and maintain social systems between regions and functions to ensure collaboration and ongoing feedback
• Lead BTL in-bar activations for brand campaigns, working with the trade marketing team and developing creatives as needed
• Manage the ZBB budget to ensure delivery in line with budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of relevant brand management or marketing experience
• Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, able to manage time and priorities, and able to handle complex situations under pressure
