Events & Activation Manager

About the role

A reputable healthcare organisation in Apapa, Lagos is recruiting an experienced Events & Activation Manager. The role drives community engagement, organises strategic events, builds local partnerships and turns outreach activities into measurable membership growth. It is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N400,000 to N500,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, health outreaches and brand activations.
• Develop partnerships with community associations, corporate organisations and local stakeholders.
• Drive membership acquisition through grassroots marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional activities and post-event follow-ups.
• Track activation performance, leads, conversions and membership growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in events management, brand activation, community engagement or field marketing.
• Proven track record of successful B2C activations and campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, telecommunications or other consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
