Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Bluecounts Ltd is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to support its online presence, brand awareness and customer engagement. The role covers content creation, social media management, community engagement and digital marketing campaigns aimed at growing the Bluecounts brand and customer base. It suits recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in social media, digital marketing, content creation and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company's social media accounts
• Create engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok and other platforms
• Design simple graphics, posts and promotional materials using tools such as Canva
• Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and track/report social media metrics
• Support customer awareness and product education campaigns, and help write blog posts, newsletters and marketing materials
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Work with the Product, Customer Success and Business Development teams on product updates and initiatives
• Support event promotion, webinars and community engagement
