About the role
A full-time Senior Accountant position based in Marina, Lagos, within the manufacturing and warehousing sector. The role covers bank reconciliation, statutory deductions, journal posting and invoice validation.
Key responsibilities
- Post other outflows and post month-end journals, including prepayments where required
- Review and reconcile the customer ledger and review the filing system
- Review staff pension, PAYE and prepare and remit statutory deductions (WHT, NSIFT, ITF)
- Match POs, GRNs and waybills with suppliers
- Create bills on Odoo and validate invoices against payments
Required profile
- HND in accounting/accountancy from a reputable institution with at least a 2:2 degree
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience
- Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector
- ICAN certified
- Age between 31 and 38
Required skills
- Accounting and ERP systems, preferably Odoo
What we offer
- Monthly net remuneration of NGN 500,000 to 800,000
