Senior Account Executive - B2B SaaS Sales

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is looking for a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in SaaS or tech-driven environments. This is a fully remote, client-facing role focused on managing the full sales cycle from qualified lead engagement to closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
• Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads generated by SDRs
• Conduct product demos and tailored sales presentations
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve conversion and retention
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Proven experience closing mid-to-high ticket deals ($5K-$50K+ ACV)
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation and pipeline management
• Experience working in remote, international teams
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
