About the role
Join a reputable automobile company in Abuja as a Secretary/Admin Officer. You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to management, ensuring smooth daily office operations and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to management and office staff.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain filing systems and organized office records.
- Assist with client follow‑ups and internal communications.
- Coordinate office activities and support day‑to‑day operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethics.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
