About the role
We are seeking a proactive, intelligent, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Administrative Officer to support senior leadership at Swift Consulting in Lagos. The role involves managing executive communications, handling confidential information, and driving LinkedIn engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Track and manage tasks, deadlines, and action points from meetings, calls, and daily operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Build and maintain a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, driving engagement and traction.
- Support planning and coordination of events, engagements, and special projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement strategies and personal branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/task management applications.
