Sales Operation Officer

About the role

Helloproducts is hiring a Sales Operation Officer in Oregun, Nigeria, to manage and process sales orders, coordinate order fulfilment and support distributors. The position is listed as a junior staff role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams for prompt delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Maintain strong relationships with key distributors to support business growth and retention.
• Resolve discrepancies on orders, invoicing, deliveries and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide.
• Track order status, sales performance and distribution activities, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation and distributor programmes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors and transactions.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience in customer service operations, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Required skills

• Conversant with the Microsoft suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good analytical skills.
