Sales Representative - Security Solutions

About the role

PrimeTech Security Equipment Co. Ltd., a Nigerian security technology company supplying, distributing, installing and integrating electronic security equipment and intelligent security systems, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative based in Ikeja. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and meets individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers and present PrimeTech's security solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotations and proposals
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Take part in market research, monitor competitor activity and contribute to sales strategies

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in security equipment sales, technology solutions or related industries is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Ikeja and travel to client locations when required

Required skills

• Sales and business development: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and closing
• Customer relationship and communication: client engagement, presentation, active listening and after-sales support
• Product knowledge of electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, intrusion and fire detection, and basic networking concepts
• Pipeline management, reporting, documentation and time management
• Basic marketing and market analysis, including understanding customer segments and monitoring competitors
