About the role

helloproducts is looking for a B2B Manager based in Oregun. The role focuses on growing B2B sales by identifying new corporate clients, recommending suitable products and solutions, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities and potential corporate clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business development updates.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on market opportunities and business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer demands.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen the company's B2B market presence.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5-7 years of FMCG experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, market development and customer acquisition.
