Business Development Officer – Cosmetics Channel

About the role

Drive the growth and expansion of the beauty care channel for Hello Products Limited, achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and a strong digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve channel revenue and value targets through strategic sales initiatives.
• Leverage online presence and digital network to engage customers, share product experiences, and boost brand awareness.
• Convert leads into loyal clients by providing exceptional service, product insights, and personalized recommendations.
• Build and nurture relationships with spas, salons, barber shops, HORECA outlets, and cosmetic retail stores in Lagos.
• Represent the brand at major beauty and fashion events, product launches, and pop‑up shops.
• Ensure marketing and promotional activities align with company values and branding guidelines.
• Contribute to projects aimed at revenue growth, including lead generation, website development, content creation, and sales materials.
• Gather field data and customer feedback to refine strategies and report on competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Social Sciences, Management Sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong digital presence with an extensive social media network.
• Ability to establish and sustain relationships with a wide range of customers and partners.
• Self‑driven, independent, and able to work autonomously.
• Passionate about beauty and cosmetics with deep industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Residing in Lagos, preferably familiar with the Island market; female candidates preferred for gender balance.
