About the role

Tribest Corporate Support Limited is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead its property portfolio in Warri, Delta State. The role combines strategic acquisition, leasing, and operational oversight to drive revenue growth and ensure high‑quality facility management.

Key responsibilities

Drive property acquisitions, develop leasing strategies, and increase portfolio revenue.
Oversee facility management, vendor contracts, and routine property maintenance.
Manage tenancy agreements, service‑charge collections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.

Required profile

Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate management, estate surveying, or property development.
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Warri, Delta State.
Strong negotiation, financial budgeting, and leadership abilities.
