Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and results‑driven Client Acquisition Specialist to drive property sales and expand the company's client base. The role involves identifying prospective buyers, building lasting relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for residential, investment, and other real‑estate offerings.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, field prospecting and other sales channels.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site inspections and follow‑ups to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Negotiate sales terms, close deals and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in business administration, marketing, sales, estate management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client acquisition, business development or real‑estate sales with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Well‑presented, confident and able to engage high‑value clients and investors.
• Target‑driven, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment and meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with digital client acquisition platforms.
