Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive

About the role

Thinplex Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive to expand its portfolio of short‑let properties in Lagos. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding landlords, agencies and operators onto the Thinplex platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage landlords, property managers, agencies and short‑let operators.
• Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, referrals, online research and field prospecting.
• Present Thinplex, conduct demos and guide prospects through account setup and property onboarding.
• Follow up consistently until properties are verified and live on the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies managing multiple units.
• Record leads, meetings and onboarding progress while meeting weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/NCE qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate or customer acquisition (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in cold calling.
• Ability to negotiate, follow‑up and work towards defined targets.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, web applications and CRM tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of NGN 150,000 per month.
• Monthly target of 30 verified live property units.
• Commission of NGN 5,000 for each verified live unit above the target.
