About the role
Homelight Properties Limited is looking for a Real Estate Manager to oversee estate operations, maintenance and security services. The position is based in or requires relocation to Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
Key responsibilities
- Manage estate operations, maintenance and security services
- Supervise estate personnel and external vendors
- Handle tenant issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor facilities, infrastructure and utilities
- Ensure compliance with estate rules and company policies
- Submit regular performance and incident reports
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on estate management experience
- Experience managing large or multi-unit residential estates is an advantage
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Uyo
Required skills
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of facilities management and service coordination
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
