Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Tushiyah Luxury Homes is hiring a Sales Executive in Abuja to sell its luxury homes. The role covers identifying and engaging buyers, investors and clients, guiding them through the sales process and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors and clients through various sales channels.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections and site visits to showcase available properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending suitable properties.
• Guide clients from initial inquiry through negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and other documentation.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and existing clients to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and transactions in the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while keeping abreast of market trends, property inventory and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales or high-value client services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
• Client relationship management, including lead generation, follow-up and after-sales support.
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes, basic property valuation and the Abuja real estate market.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, email and office productivity software.
