Real Estate Business Manager

About the role

Asgaf Homes LLC, a Lagos-based real estate consultancy founded in 2014 and a member of the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria, is hiring a Real Estate Business Manager. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Lagos with some flexibility to work remotely. The manager oversees day-to-day property management operations, identifies client needs and coordinates property acquisition, leasing and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships
• Develop property marketing strategies
• Negotiate contracts
• Conduct market research
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management or a related field
• Proven expertise in property management and real estate marketing strategies
• Experience in the real estate industry, especially in the Nigerian market, is advantageous

Required skills

• Client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Market research and feasibility studies
• Understanding of local and international real estate laws and compliance requirements
• Communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency with property management software and tools is a plus
