Product Commercialization Manager - Digital Payments SDK

About the role

The Application and Platform Services team in CEMEA brings digital payment solutions such as Click to Pay, Network Tokenization, Payment Passkeys and Data Tokens to market. Visa is looking for an experienced Product Commercialization Manager to lead the commercialization of its new Digital Payments SDK solution in the CEMEA region. The role defines and drives the go-to-market roadmap, leads client discussions and oversees product implementation, working with engineering, BD and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the CEMEA go-to-market strategy, build and manage the client pipeline and prioritize opportunities
• Lead client discussions, run commercial talks, close product deals and oversee contract signing
• Work with engineering teams and client stakeholders to implement the solution, coordinate the process from planning to completion and report on progress, roadblocks and risks
• Monitor product performance, user feedback and key metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Track progress and report to regional stakeholders, act as the main product contact in the NALP region and prepare forecasts and market analysis
• Adjust slides and collateral to the regional context and keep them up to date

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or up to 3 years with a PhD
• Product management experience in digital, payments and financial services
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products for issuers
• Deep background in issuing institutions and their needs when managing large card portfolios
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• At least 3 days in the office per week; exact expectations confirmed by the hiring manager

Required skills

• Defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps and go-to-market plans using data
• Integration of business and commercialization aspects with technical skills
• Experience with APIs, SDK integration, mobile/web app development and ecommerce platforms is a big plus
• MS PowerPoint and presentation skills are a big plus
