Procurement & Sourcing Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and optimise purchasing processes across its hotel portfolio. The role supports the procurement department, ensures financial control, and drives guest‑focused product sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing budget, control and audit all purchasing functions.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicate objectives and report performance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Oversee the life‑cycle of the procurement team, fostering growth, development and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel purchasing with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
