Digital Inventory Counter / Customer Care

About the role

A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant is hiring a hybrid Digital Inventory / Customer Care Specialist. The role combines keeping the live stock on the mobile app accurate with managing the loyalty program and resolving customer inquiries. There are two positions in Lagos and one in Abuja.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily morning counts and update the ERP dashboard
• Monitor low-stock alerts proactively and coordinate with the kitchen
• Manage the loyalty program, approving reviews and adjusting points
• Resolve customer complaints about app glitches, missing points or stock issues
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and report variances
• Maintain basic bookkeeping records for stock movements
• Protect customer data and handle complaints with confidentiality

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, data entry or customer support
• HND/BSc preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Inventory Management or a related field
• Basic bookkeeping and stock reconciliation knowledge
• Availability for shifts and weekend stock counts as required
• High integrity and accuracy in stock records

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems, with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo or Zoho preferred

• Salary of N150,000 before tax per month
