Head of Operations - Multi-Site Restaurant Group

About the role

A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant, in partnership with Chrivon Tech Solutions, is hiring a Head of Operations. The role covers all restaurant operations across two Lagos branches (Lekki Phase 1) and one Abuja branch, and is a P&L-owning, multi-site leadership position. It sits alongside the Chartered Accountant on financial performance, the Digital Operational Supervisor on digital systems, and the HR Officer on staffing and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all restaurant operations across Lagos and Abuja.
• Own outlet-level and group operational P&L, driving revenue, controlling COGS and labour costs and improving margins.
• Set KPIs for branch managers and teams, track operational KPIs and hold people accountable.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness and brand execution across all outlets.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control and logistics.
• Ensure adoption of the Admin Dashboard, KDS, POS and dispatch systems, working with the Digital Operational Supervisor to close systemic gaps.
• Enforce food safety, HSE, GMP and regulatory compliance across branches.
• Lead operational setup for new locations, including staffing, SOPs, systems and launch readiness.
• Partner with HR on staffing, performance management, training and resource allocation.
• Drive service quality, resolve escalated operational and customer-experience issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's is an added advantage.
• 7+ years in operations leadership, preferably in QSR, restaurant, FMCG or hospitality.
• Proven track record managing multiple branches with full P&L accountability.
• Background in service standards (QoS), GMP, HSE and food safety.
• Strong people management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience in Nigerian QSR chains or multi-unit groups, digital-first/cashless operations, launching new outlets, Lean/Six Sigma training, and managing cross-city operations (Lagos + Abuja).

What we offer

• Salary of N700,000 to N800,000 before tax per month
