Portfolio Manager – Investment & Wealth Management

About the role

The Portfolio Manager will be based in Abuja and will manage client investment portfolios for a reputable investment and wealth management firm. The role focuses on delivering superior risk‑adjusted returns and providing strategic advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals, institutional and corporate investors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes.
• Make informed buy, hold, and sell decisions in line with the firm’s strategic objectives and risk guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance, reallocate assets as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and team members to refine investment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or wealth management within a regulated financial institution.
• SEC‑sponsored and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria.
• Proven track record of delivering strong risk‑adjusted returns.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
