Accounts Executive

About the role

The Label Store is seeking a responsible and experienced Accounts Executive to manage its financial records, reporting, reconciliations, and day‑to‑day accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitor cash flow, expenses and revenues.
• Reconcile daily sales and bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls and provide financial analysis to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles such as Accountant, Senior Accountant, Head of Accounts or Finance Manager.
• ICAN/ACCA certification or part‑qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail or supermarket industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Retailman, QuickBooks or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and reconciliations.
