Pharmacy Partnerships Specialist – Remote

About the role

LumiMeds is building a nationwide network of high‑quality pharmacy partners to support its telehealth weight‑management platform. As a Pharmacy Partnerships Specialist you will identify, qualify and engage compounding pharmacies that meet strict quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile lists of 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies across the United States using industry databases and public records.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email and approved channels to build relationships with pharmacy owners and Pharmacists‑in‑Charge.
• Evaluate prospective partners against LumiMeds’ criteria, including licensing, GLP‑1 medication fulfillment capability, shipping capacity and operational turnaround.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of outreach, qualification status and handoff notes for the Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless network expansion.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, sales development or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare business culture and professional communication.
• Proven ability to work independently toward outreach and pipeline goals in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and VoIP communication tools.
