Office Architect

About the role

This role focuses on the comprehensive design and execution of functional, aesthetically pleasing office environments. It covers the project from the initial concept to final delivery, ensuring spatial solutions match client needs while meeting safety and regulatory standards. The office architect bridges creative vision and technical implementation, working with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and functional office layouts.
• Create detailed architectural plans, spatial layouts and three-dimensional visualizations.
• Formulate space-planning strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors and external consultants.
• Select materials, surface finishes, furnishings and fixtures.
• Verify that design proposals comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Perform on-site inspections and evaluate construction progress against design specifications.
• Oversee design modifications and provide technical solutions to emerging issues.
• Support the project from concept through to closure.

Required profile

• Experience designing functional and attractive office spaces.
• Ability to produce architectural drawings, layouts and 3D concepts.
• Experience developing space plans that address client requirements.
• Strong coordination with engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and fittings.
• Understanding of building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to review construction work and manage design revisions.
