Junior Architect / Graduate Architect

About the role

This role supports the architectural team in creating conceptual designs, layouts and technical documentation, turning design visions into actionable plans that meet project goals and regulatory standards. It covers the end-to-end design process, from initial sketches to final construction documentation, and requires close collaboration across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural concepts, design strategies and spatial layouts
• Produce 2D technical drawings, working sets and presentation visuals
• Develop 3D models and high-fidelity architectural visualizations
• Carry out site surveys, measurements and on-site inspections
• Support senior architects with project scheduling and documentation
• Work with structural engineers, consultants and contractors, and implement design changes
• Aid in compiling specifications, timelines and progress reports
• Verify designs against building codes and standards, attend coordination meetings and track milestones
• Organize and archive project documentation and drawing sets

Required profile

• Proven ability to help develop architectural concepts and detailed designs
• Experience with site surveys, measurements and inspections
• Ability to support senior architects in project planning and documentation
• Strong coordination skills with engineers, consultants and contractors
• Flexibility to adapt designs to project needs and feedback
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
