Medical Doctor – Full‑time Clinical Position

About the role

St. Rebecca's Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to deliver patient‑centered care across a range of specialties. This full‑time, on‑site role involves rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts with weekend duty as required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans for diverse medical conditions.
• Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies and other diagnostic tests to support evidence‑based clinical decisions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice medicine.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care, preventive medicine and health education.
• High standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from ₦400,000 to ₦500,000, based on post‑NYSC experience.
