About the role
The Healthcare Specialist will provide on‑site health support to associates at Infinity Textile's Asaba facility. This full‑time position involves medical assessments, incident response, and coordination with external medical professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct basic medical assessments and respond to workplace health incidents.
- Maintain accurate health records and promote preventive healthcare practices.
- Deliver health‑related training sessions and support wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with management on safety, emergency preparedness, and a healthy work environment.
Required profile
- Relevant professional certification or licensure in nursing, EMS, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or corporate wellness programs (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion handling sensitive information.
Required skills
- Emergency medical response training (EMT or equivalent).
- Basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
