Marketing Manager – Growth & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead growth and strategy for Secure Wealth Group. This full‑time remote role focuses on generating a predictable, measurable flow of qualified sales opportunities for our property‑related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, analysing spend, ROAS and impact on the bottom line.
• Build, own and continuously improve sales funnels, landing pages and CRM automation (GHL) to drive qualified leads.
• Analyse performance data, identify drop‑offs, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, listen to calls, study objections and translate insights into marketing actions.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing marketing team as the function scales.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on marketing experience with a proven record of measurable business impact.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, making decisions without a detailed task list.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Willingness to get into the details – from Ads Manager to CRM and copywriting.

Required skills

• Paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and Ads Manager.
• Funnel creation and optimisation.
• CRM systems – specifically GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Email marketing and automation.
• Analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Landing page builders and basic copywriting.
