About the role
A reputable skincare and haircare brand is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Creator to boost its online presence, engage customers and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
- Create videos, reels, skits, product content, captions and graphics.
- Develop and execute content calendars and growth strategies.
- Respond to online enquiries and customer messages professionally.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product promotions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong storytelling ability and results‑oriented mindset.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
- Proactive, innovative, organized and able to start immediately.
