Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will work on‑site in Lekki, planning, creating and publishing content across multiple platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong audience engagement for RoboOffice Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns, manage daily posting schedules and optimise profiles for reach.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond promptly and professionally, and manage community reputation.
• Analyse performance metrics using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to align social content with broader campaigns and business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and optimisation (SMO) skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities for brand‑aligned content.
• Experience planning content calendars, defining audience segments and aligning content with marketing goals.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and ability to interpret data.
• Experience managing multiple social channels, community management and reputation monitoring.
• Organisational detail‑orientation and ability to work on‑site in an agile environment.
• Relevant experience in tech or software‑focused brands; basic design skills (Canva) and knowledge of paid social advertising are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or equivalent practical experience preferred.
