Marketing and Operations Intern

About the role

Authority Wit is looking for a part-time remote Marketing and Operations Intern. The intern supports research, content creation, CRM data management and basic product testing, working under the guidance of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Research law firms, agencies and potential partners using public sources, verify contact details and email addresses, and record the sources used.
• Update spreadsheets and CRM records as instructed.
• Help create and publish content on Twitter/X and YouTube.
• Test selected website pages, links and product features, document issues clearly with screenshots where needed.
• Keep records of completed tasks and flag missing or unverified information.

Required profile

• OND qualification, or currently studying.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and document findings clearly.
• Willing to learn tools such as Twenty CRM, ChatGPT and Claude.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently; access to a laptop and reliable internet.
• Available to work part-time remotely, with hours agreed before starting.
