About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Manager to lead our exclusive airport store in Ikeja. The role combines high‑end retail sales of premium mattresses with the generation of qualified leads for our luxury real‑estate portfolio, targeting high‑net‑worth travelers and dignitaries.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and convert high‑net‑worth individuals visiting the airport store into sales of luxury mattresses.
• Develop and nurture relationships with elite clients, understanding their lifestyle and property needs.
• Represent the brand, ensuring the store environment reflects ultra‑premium standards.
• Identify airport prospects, transition them into real‑estate leads, and manage the sales pipeline through to closing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for both mattress and real‑estate divisions.

Required profile

• Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication style.
• Proven track record selling high‑ticket items, luxury retail, or premium real‑estate to HNWIs.
• Charismatic, confident, and emotionally intelligent with the ability to speak the language of wealth.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.

Required skills

• Experience in luxury sales and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and CRM tools.
