About the role
We are looking for an experienced Live-Out Chef to prepare delicious, hygienic, and well‑balanced meals for a private household in Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals, including Nigerian and continental dishes.
- Plan menus and recommend meal options based on household preferences.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time while maintaining high kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor supplies, create shopping lists, and manage food storage to minimise waste.
- Accommodate dietary requirements and special meal requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a chef or cook in a private home, hotel, or similar environment.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Organisational reliability, attention to detail, and respect for household privacy.
- Residence within easy commuting distance to Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or Lekki.
