Bartender (Mixologist)

About the role

HENRIKEN CONSULTING is seeking a full‑time Bartender (Mixologist) to join its on‑site team in Lekki. You will craft a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, including custom cocktails, while delivering attentive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the bar, restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and guest requests.
• Greet guests, take orders, provide recommendations and manage cash transactions.
• Support special events, promotions and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Relevant experience as a bartender or mixologist in hospitality settings is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Solid food & beverage and bartending skills, including knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
• Basic bar operations and cash handling proficiency.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service, local regulations and health & safety standards.
