Cafe Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure efficient inventory and sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage cafe staff.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and reconciliations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor sales, payments, and daily transactions.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Required profile

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or food‑service supervision/management.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with inventory management, sales reconciliation, and customer service.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
