About the role
The Insurance Financial Advisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Port Harcourt. You will work directly with individuals and businesses to assess their financial needs, explain insurance and investment options, and create tailored financial and retirement plans that protect their future.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and build relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client portfolios.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and recommend suitable insurance products and investment solutions.
- Support policy issuance, service, and renewal processes, ensuring accurate client records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong background in financial planning, retirement planning, and investment analysis.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Insurance or a related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CFP or relevant insurance licensing are an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a client‑focused environment with high ethical standards.
