Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to shape the future of e‑commerce through strategic influencer partnerships. You will develop and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Create influencer marketing plans aligned with overall brand objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Identify, engage and negotiate with influencers who match the brand and target audience.
• Manage campaign timelines, content creation and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and internal teams.
• Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze performance data with analytics tools, generate reports and optimise future initiatives.
• Collaborate with social media, content and paid‑marketing teams to integrate campaigns across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing and broader marketing campaigns.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and audience engagement tactics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
• Creative passion for digital marketing, brand storytelling and campaign innovation.

Required skills

• Personal computer or laptop with sufficient processing power.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps (upload and download).
